Additionally, the screen’s pixel density has been elevated to 460 pixels per inch (ppi), resulting in a more intricate representation of details.

Xiaomi 14 Pro also introduces an industry-leading variable aperture capability, ranging from 1.42 to 4.0. Similar to a camera’s aperture, this feature automatically adapts to changes in ambient light, allowing for adjustments within the 1.42 to 4.0 range. This adaptability ensures optimal exposure in various shooting scenarios and opens up creative possibilities for users, including depth of field and bokeh control, as well as the production of starburst effects from point light sources.
In pro mode, users can manually adjust the aperture value in 1/3 EV increments for precise exposure control.
