The report claims that the problem is due to a conflict between the built-in Night Light feature and Samsung’s own Eye Comfort Shield feature. Some users have been able to resolve the issue by turning off network access on their phones.

Samsung’s technical support also informed users that a solution to the problem is coming with a software patch. Until a permanent solution arrives, users can resolve the issue by disabling network access. This problem will soon be resolved by Samsung with the help of a security update.
