Samsung recently started rolling out the December 2023 security update for its Galaxy S20 series smartphones in the US. Currently, this update has been made available for the locked models of the Galaxy S20 series. Soon all users will receive this update.
This update released by Samsung has been introduced with the build number. Users can easily download the update by identifying the build number. The build numbers of this update are presented below:

- Galaxy S20 Plus – G986USQS8HWK1
- Galaxy S20 Ultra – G988USQS8HWK1
