Samsung S20 Series will get a November 2023 Security Update in the US

Samsung is recently preparing to launch its new series Galaxy S24. Due to this, Samsung launched its Galaxy S20 series with Android 10 a few years ago in 2020. It has four smartphones Galaxy S20 Galaxy S20 plus S20 ultra and S20 FE. The Samsung S20 and S20 FE have completed their software support. Both these smartphones will no longer receive Android OS updates. This means that the S20 series will not receive the Android 14-based One UI 6.0 update. However, these devices are receiving regular security updates.

Samsung has recently released a new update for the Galaxy S20 series S20, S20 Plus, S20 Ultra, and S20 FE smartphones. This update has been released by Samsung in America. This update is the November 2023 security patch update This update introduces a few new features as well as fixes bugs and issues introduced in previous updates.

This update enhances the performance of the smartphone by fixing some security issues which also increases the stability and performance of the smartphone. Build versions of this update released by Samsung have also been introduced. Build versions help users download updates.

How to download Update

To update your device, go to System Settings of the smartphone, then About Phone, go to UI version, and click on Download and Install.

  • Go to Setting
  • Open About Phone Section
  • Open Software Update Section
  • click on Download and Install.
