Realme GT Neo6 series could pack Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 and Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoCs

Realme last year introduced the GT Neo5 smartphone with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and a few months later, the GT Neo5 SE was introduced with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC.

Realme GT Neo6 series

According to the leaker, the Realme GT Neo6 series will feature Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 (SM7675) and Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 (SM8635) SoCs. Leaks say that these are not the first phones to get the chips. According to leaks, the phone will have a 1.5K OLED screen, 100W fast charging, and is expected to be priced below 1999 Yuan (USD 277 / approximately Rs 23,000).

Realme RMX3851 has recently appeared in a Geekbench listing with a Snapdragon SM8635 or Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, which could be the Realme GT Neo6. This shows a 1638 single-core and 3991 multi-core score, 16GB RAM, and Android 14.

It shows 1 x 3.01GHz Cortex-X4 + 4 x 2.61GHz Cortex-A720 + 3x 1.84GHz Cortex-A520 CPU, with the same architecture as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, it is estimated to use Adreno 735 GPU. The Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 (SM7675) also uses the same architecture but with different clock speeds.

The Qualcomm SM7675 and SM8635 chips are rumored to launch sometime after March 2024, so we can expect the Realme GT Neo6 series to debut next month.
