Realme is currently rolling out the latest June 2024 Android security update to eligible models. The update is already available for several models. The process is ongoing gradually. The brand has meanwhile started rolling out the June 2024 security update for Realme 8 and Realme 12 Plus devices.
Realme 8 and Realme 12+ receiving June 2024 Security Update
Realme has announced that it is rolling out the new June 2024 security update for Realme 8 and Realme 12 Plus devices in India. Like other devices, this update also comes with its official build version which is displayed below:
- Realme 8 5G: RMX3241_11_F.11
- Realme 12 Plus: RMX3867_14.0.0.509(EX01)
This new update brings several security improvements to Realme 8 and Realme 12 Plus devices. Additionally, it optimizes system stability, functionality, and performance, giving users a more secure, stable, and optimized software experience.
This software update for realme 12 Plus 5G adds support for the fingerprint style selection function so that users can improve the experience by setting the fingerprint style as per their choice.
Recently this update is being released gradually for all users, due to which it may take some time to reach all users. To check for the update, go to device Settings > About Phone.
