Oppo rolls out updates to its budget A series smartphones based on the minimum software update policy. Most devices in this series get one OS update and 2 years of Android security updates. Only some special devices get two OS updates and 3 years of Android security updates.
The A series receives limited updates compared to other series of Oppo. The Oppo A3x offers better performance with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. Apart from this, it is worth noting that this device will receive only 1 OS update.
The Oppo A3x 5G will get only one OS update i.e. Android 15 update, apart from this the device will be eligible to receive Android security updates till 2026.
