Nothing has rolled out a new update for its latest smartphone, the Nothing Phone 2a Plus, which is the second update for the device. The latest update comes with firmware version U2.6-240827-2057. It includes security patches, fixes, changes, and some capabilities. It improves the security and privacy of the device.

After this update, the battery and pedometer widget can be displayed on the lock screen and Always On display. This update improves the speed of the Bluetooth tile toggle in Quick Settings. Improved Wi-Fi stability for more reliable connections.

The update also brings faster camera access and camera startup speed, along with some changes to the optimized skin tone for the front camera to make selfies look more realistic. The latest update also improves the optimized HDR effect for better photo quality.

This latest update fixes all the bugs found in Nothing Phone 2a Plus and also fixes the issue of repeatedly sending SMS messages. The crush problem while connecting to Bluetooth earbuds has also been resolved. This update has brought a lot of improvements in system stability.
