Google Enhances Meet ultra-low latency live streaming experience

Google is soon introducing the update of Google Meet for its users. Google has pushed its (video conferencing service) Google Meet to an important update for 2024. This update introduces several useful and helpful improvements to its ultra-low latency live streaming feature.

Google has introduced several new upgrades and improvements to enhance the ultra-low latency viewing experience for video meetings. Along with this, Google Meet is also getting some other improvements. The most prominent improvement to Google Meet includes the ability for meeting hosts to add or start live streaming from any Meet call. After this update, Meet calls can be live-streamed without planning.

Plus it’s easy for livestream viewers to see how many viewer members there are. People watching the live stream can be found by looking at the live stream indicator in the top left corner.

The Google Meet app will now offer the ability to watch live streams on both Android and iOS devices. Additionally, Google Meet on the web and meeting room hardware will receive this latest update.

Google now has a new quick access button on the Join screen. Making it easier for meeting participants to join the live stream by simply tapping. Google has also added an advanced feature to include a large number of viewers in the live stream.
