OnePlus had fixed the heating and battery draining problem of the OnePlus Nord 3 with the last few updates, but after this update, this problem has come in the device. This update released to improve system security, stability and functionality has brought back the problems.

This update includes the August 2024 patch in both devices to make the security of the device even better than before. At the same time, this update does not introduce any new feature other than improving the screenshot experience. After this update, throttling starts in the CPU throttling test within some time which affects software stability.

No improvement or change has been made in the performance of the device with this update. Apart from this, there is also a decrease in frames per second in gaming performance, which shows a decline in the performance of the device.

Advice

Keeping in mind the problems and issues being faced after downloading the update, OnePlus Nord 3 and OnePlus Nord CE 4 users are advised not to download this latest update until these performance-related and all other issues are resolved.
